Marc Claycomb was born in Melbourne on Florida’s Space Coast, a region around Kennedy Space Center. Armed with degrees in Criminal Justice Administration and Certified Public Management, Marc worked as an emergency medical technician, firefighter and law enforcement officer before becoming a commander with the Melbourne Police Department. An adventurous diner, Marc loves to try new things. And the burgeoning Space Coast, well known for its fresh seafood and historical restaurants around since the Apollo rocket program, is exploding with new, innovative and modern dining options.
